Pledge Manager - Instructions
- To access the Pledge Manager, click the link provided in the invitation email.
- If you are not registered on our platform, you will be prompted to enter your details. The correct amount of credits, corresponding to your Kickstarter payment, will be automatically added to your account.
- We have added your Kickstarter pledged items to your cart. If you wish to upgrade your pledge, feel free to do so. You can add any available items to your pledge.
- Head over to your cart on our website:
- After clicking the cart image, proceed to “View cart.”
Those who followed the campaign on Kickstarter before the launch will receive the Follower Gift, and those who backed the original Kickstarter campaign within the first 72h will receive the Early Bird. The number of those gifts is determined by the quantity of Core Boxes you pledged for in the Kickstarter campaign.
If you were eligible for the Early Bird or Follower Gift, you can upgrade your pledge without losing those rewards. Simply remove your current pledge from the basket and add a new one from the options available in the Pledge Manager.
For example: John followed the campaign, which made him eligible for the Follower Gift. He also backed the Deluxe Pledge within the first 72 hours, qualifying him for the Early Bird reward. In the Pledge Manager, he decides to upgrade to the All-In Pledge. He removes the Deluxe Pledge from his cart and adds the All-In Pledge. Both gifts remain in his cart, and at checkout, he only pays the difference between pledges, plus tax and shipping.
- Once you are in your cart, make sure to click "Change variant" (everywhere where it's applicable) and select a language option or specific variant for the product.
For some products you can also choose the painted variant and get a fully painted set of miniatures. This is an optional paid upgrade for backers who want the ultimate visual experience at the table.
- Whenever you’re ready, proceed to checkout to finish your pledge and pay for shipping and additional VAT.
- During checkout make sure to click “I want to use accumulated credits” to have your Kickstarter amount deducted from your total:
- You can also pay in installments – choose up to 6 interest-free instalments as your payment method.
- Congratulations! You have completed your Kickstarter pledge in our Pledge Manager.
