1. To access the Pledge Manager, click the link provided in the invitation email.
   
2. If you are not registered on our platform, you will be prompted to enter your details. If you are already registered, no additional steps or information are needed. The correct amount of credits, corresponding to your Kickstarter payment, will be automatically added to your account. 
   
   
   
   If you pledged within the first 48 hours of the campaign, a free Kyle Crane Expansion will be waiting for you in your cart.
   
3. Now, you can choose the contents of your pledge. Use the search bar to find your pledge tier.
   
   
4. Select your pledge items, ensuring you choose the correct language version and whether you want Zenithal Highlighting or not. You can pledge at a lower or higher tier than on Kickstarter. If you pledge a lower amount in the pledge manager, the extra funds will go toward shipping.
   
   
5. Time to finish your pledge and pay for shipping and additional VAT. Add your pledge to the cart and proceed to checkout.
6. Make sure to click on “I want to use accumulated credits” to have your Kickstarter amount deducted from your total!

How do I contact you?

I want a refund. What’s your refund policy?
Contact us at support@glasscannonunplugged.com. We offer refunds of 85% of the amount paid during Kickstarter and 100% of costs paid through our Pledge Manager. Refunds will be processed to the card you used for payment and may take a few business days. If your card is inactive, please inform our customer support team, and we will arrange an alternative refund method.

I want to change my pledge.
If you want to change your pledge tier, first cancel your order. 

Next, choose a refund in credits. You can then use these stored credits toward your new order. Don’t worry, you will still be eligible for your 48-hour Freebie. 🙂 

Can I get multiple free Kyle Crane expansions?
If you are an early backer, you will receive one free Kyle Crane Expansion per every Core Box in your order. So if you order multiple pledges, each one will come with a free Kyle Crane Expansion. In your cart, however, you will only see one Kyle Crane item regardless of how many copies of the game you get. There is no need to add multiple copies of the Kyle Crane expansion. It’s just a visual representation. 🙂

I’m a backer from the United States. Will I have to pay additional VAT or customs fees?
As a U.S. backer, you will have to pay taxes at customs. The exact amount varies by state.

Why do you use an external platform for shipping and other services?
Using an external platform allows us more customization options and ensures your private information is secure within our company.

Does Klarna affect my credit score?
Klarna performs a soft credit check that will not affect your credit score.

How many installments can I use with Klarna?

I didn’t receive an invitation email!
Please contact us directly at support@glasscannonunplugged.com. If you used an Apple Private Relay email, the invitation may not have been delivered. Please provide us with your regular email address. Addresses within the .de domain may also block our emails.

Will I have the time to finish my installment program before the PM ends?
Yes, you will have sufficient time to complete your installment plan before the pledge manager closes or the game ships.

What does “pending licensor approval” mean?
When working on a licensed game, any branded asset, game element, or statement about the game requires approval from the license owner. Due to the dynamics of a crowdfunding campaign and the fact that we would like this game to grow according to the feedback from our backers, we use this clause for items that are subject to even the slightest change in order to avoid breaching our contract with the license owner, but at the same time maintain an adequate level of flexibility with regards to creating content.
